What does pre-order mean?

New Reckless designs launch as 10-day pre-order windows with a tiered discount. The earlier you order, the more you save. Days 1–2 (Early Access): $21.99 (save $6). Days 3–9 (Pre-Order): $23.99 (save $4). Day 10 (Last Call): $25.99 (save $2). After the window closes, the shirt stays in the catalog permanently at $27.99 and is still made-to-order.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order shirts ship within 10 business days of the window closing. The close date is on every pre-order product page.

How long does standard shipping take?

Standard catalog items ship within 10 to 14 business days from order date, plus 2 to 4 days USPS transit.

Where is Reckless made?

McCook, Nebraska. Every shirt is pressed by hand using DTF printing.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not yet. Email press@recklessbranding.com and we'll reach out when we open it up.

Do you accept returns?

Only for manufacturing defects, print errors, or shipping damage. Because every shirt is pressed to order, we can't accept returns for sizing regret or change of mind.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates calculated at checkout.

How can I apply to become a Reckless creator?

Fill out the form on the Apply page. We reply within 72 hours.

What fabric are your shirts made of?

Bella+Canvas 3001C — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz heavyweight. Unisex fit, runs true to size.

Can I request a custom one-off design?

No one-offs. If you're a streamer or content creator with a real audience, apply through the Apply page.
